We offer a free initial consultation to find out what changes and improvements you would like to see during the sessions before we discuss a plan that suits you and your family. Sleep needs and effective approaches differ between every child; so we like to work with families to identify the issues you are currently facing and discuss different options that will improve your child's sleep.
