Terms and Conditions

Sleep Consultations

  1. The services provided by Dani’s Nannies are non-refundable in any event or outcome. 

    1. Rescheduling of any service will need to be communicated no less than 12 hours before for video appointments and 48 hours before in-person appointments. 

    2. In the event of an emergency situation, Dani’s Nannies reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any bookings made or will provide an alternative Sleep consultant to cover the booking with however short a notice is required by Dani’s Nannies.

  2. Dani’s Nannies is compliant with the GDPR policies and guidelines which came into effect on 25th May 2018, with the purpose of protecting the rights to privacy of all citizens. 

    1. Dani’s Nannies will store personal information in relation to your service such as your name, address, email and other information related to your child’s health and needs. 

    2. This information will be solely used by Dani’s Nannies and will not be shared with Third Parties. This personal information will be password protected at all times and/or stored in a locked safe, only accessible by Dani’s Nannies. 

    3. This information will be stored for 3 years after the final communication between Dani’s Nannies and the client. 

    4. The client can request all personal information to be erased and this will be completed within 2 months of any formal request.

  3. All content, opinions and methods provided by Dani’s Nannies, including text, written advice and images obtained from the Dani’s nannies website and other public places are for informational use only and should not be used ahead of advice from a medical professional.

  4. The advice, opinions and methods used by Dani’s Nannies during appointments should not be taken ahead of advice, diagnosis or treatment from a trained medical professional. 

    1. Danielle Radford of Dani’s Nannies is not a trained medical professional and her qualifications are specific to the services provided on the website Dani’s Nannies. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

  5. The client should accept that there is no guarantee of success as every child is different and therefore have different needs; there are aspects outside the control of Dani’s Nannies that could impact the child’s ability to respond to sleep support, or in the event that the parent/guardian is not satisfied with the outcome. 

    1. Dani’s Nannies always follow safe sleep practices and the use of any advice or content provided by Dani’s Nannies is of your own responsibility and followed at your own risk. 

    2. In no event shall Dani’s Nannies be liable for any damages including, and not limited to, incidental and consequential damages, or personal injury/wrongful death resulting from the use of or inability to use the content provided by Dani’s Nannies whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory, and whether or not Dani’s Nannies is advised of the possibility of such damages.

  6. The use of any content provided by Dani’s Nannies is for personal use only.

    1.  You will be in breach of the Terms and Conditions if you are buying a service to use for your own financial gain, including, and not limited to, using this content for your own sleep organisation.

  7. We reserve the right to remove or block any client from our main social media page should they breech the page guidelines. 

  8. The terms and conditions contained within this document and the insurance Dani’s Nannies is covered by is governed by English law and any disputes shall be settled in the courts of England. 

Event/Vacation Nannying

  1. All bookings require a signed contract before the commencement of the booking between Dani's Nannies and the client.

  2. Hours worked will be agreed between Dani's Nannies and the Client before the start of the booking

    1. Overtime can be agreed directly with the nanny but with no less than 24 hours notice.​

    2. If less hours are worked by the nanny at the clients discretion then these hours will NOT be reimbursed to the client.

  3. Clients will be required to provide the below for the Nanny for the duration of the booking

    1. Return flight​

    2. Private room (Unless providing overnight care for children)

    3. A shared or private bathroom

    4. A safe working environment

    5. Food and drink for entirety of booking

    6. Cover of costs for anything child related

      1. If paid by nanny, then exspenses must be reimbursed by end of booking.​
